Block booked lesson packages such as : Get started, Kick start are non refundable / non transferable.
All Block booked lesson packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.
If Booking test day car hire you are expected to commit to a minimum of 3 x 2 hr pre-paid lessons (Assessment following DVSA standards for L Test will be undertaken).
CANCELLATIONS
Anyone wishing to change /Cancel their lesson must provide at least 24 hrs prior notice.
Lessons which are cancelled on the day will be charged in full or Hrs taken from the Pre-paid block booking.
All Cancellations to be sent via text/email
Driving Test Cancellations (via pupil) firstly must be completed on line https://www.gov.uk/cancel-driving-test and then inform your instructor giving at least 24 hrs notice
Driving tests that are Cancelled on the day (by the Pupil) will lose the test fee & instructor car fee
