BOOKINGS
All individual driving lesson bookings must be pre-paid at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. All block booking terms for lesson packages such as Get Started and Kick Start are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additionally, all block booked lesson packages must be used within 3 months of purchase. If you are booking a test day car hire, you are expected to commit to a minimum of 3 x 2-hour pre-paid lessons, with an assessment following DVSA standards for the driving test.
CANCELLATIONS
Anyone wishing to change or cancel their lesson must provide at least 24 hours prior notice, in line with our cancellation policy. Lessons that are cancelled on the day will be charged in full or hours will be deducted from the pre-paid block booking. All cancellations should be sent via text or email. For driving test cancellations, the pupil must first complete the cancellation online at https://www.gov.uk/cancel-driving-test and then inform your instructor, providing at least 24 hours notice. Please note that driving tests cancelled on the day by the pupil will result in the loss of the test fee and instructor car fee.
